Frequently asked questions
- How long are the classes?

Each class runs for 45 minutes. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes early so you can get yourself ready on the reformer machine prior to your class.
- What is your cancellation policy?

We need 12 hours notice to cancel your spot in a class.
- What are the class times?

We are open 7 days a week, with classes running throughout the day from 7am to 8pm.
- Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! 95% of our clients will have never tried pilates before. At every beginner class there will be new people joining. The basics, principles and fundamentals will be taught at each class. Our studio is a judgment-free zone, where everyone is welcome regardless of their fitness level or prior experience.
You’ll start at a beginner level (level 1) from there you will progress to a level 2.
Some clients may wish to stay at a level 1 due to certain injuries or they might like the flow and pace of level 1 and that’s perfectly fine.
- What happens if I go on holiday?

Pop your account on hold whilst you’re away. We don’t want you paying for a membership whilst away.
- How many classes should I do?

People feel their best when they do 3 classes a week. It really depends what your goals are. If you have goals to strengthen and tone up you need to commit to classes regularly. We offer flexible class schedules tailored to your busy lifestyle, ensuring that finding time for yourself is a priority.
