The studio is equipped with eight Reformer Pilates Machines, allowing for a more communal and interactive class environment. Each session is designed to cater to the needs of all participants, ensuring everyone is performing the exercises correctly. With our attentive instructors guiding you throughout the class, there's no need to worry about getting lost in the crowd. Experience the camaraderie of group workouts while still receiving individual attention in our well-equipped studio.

Most people we teach have never done Reformer Pilates before, so you’ll be starting at the very beginning. We’ll teach you all the basics and within weeks you’ll begin to feel the benefits.

Reformer Pilates is for everybody, regardless of age, size, ability, or current fitness level. Studies have proven Pilates improves quality of life by having a positive effect on depression and pain.

Our classes are designed with your goals in mind benefiting your posture and improving core strength through a full body 45 minute workout, of course there will be stretching towards the end to release any tension and ensure you leave feeling energised and relaxed.
