Why we publish our prices

Most studios want your contact details before they will tell you a number. That is a sales tactic, and it works by starting the conversation before you can compare. We would rather you compare. If our value is not obvious next to the alternatives, the price is not the problem.

What the price buys

You are paying for coaching, not access to equipment. Classes are small enough that the instructor corrects you by name and adapts exercises to your body. Every member starts with a free assessment so their first class is set up for them, and the instructors know your goals and your injury history, not just your face.

The honest comparison

Members rarely compare us with a gym. They compare us with what they were doing before. A course of private physio can run to £800 a year, and the relief often fades within days because the strength underneath was never built. A gym direct debit is cheap until you divide it by the number of times you actually went. Coached classes you attend every week beat both, and the per-class column above makes the comparison easy to run yourself.

"I'd been struggling with injuries & a medical condition with my hip for over a year... all my pain has gradually disappeared. I only do one day a week but it's my favourite day."
Sian Allen, Jesmond

No contracts, no small print

Memberships renew monthly with no fixed term, and you can cancel before any renewal without a phone call. If you cannot make a class, cancel it up to 12 hours ahead and the credit stays yours to rebook. Class packs have their use-by window shown in the table above, so there are no surprises.
