Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members with their studio experience
- Handle membership inquiries and sign-ups
- Provide studio tours and introductions to new members
- Maintain accurate member records and documentation
- Support studio events and community engagement
Requirements
- Fitness related qualification
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others
